All prospective tenant enquiries will be forwarded to you and our involvement here at Elite Property Asset Management will end at that point.

This package is best suited to the landlord who has both the time and resources to deal with potential problems that may arise from letting a property themselves.

For this service, we will come out and take an external photograph of your property and a number of internal photographs (maximum of 10 in total). We will then advertise your property here at www.elitepropertydevon.co.uk (see below), and also through our portfolio of market leading portals: Primelocation.com, Findaproperty.com, Globrix.com and Mouseprice.com, who between them invest millions each year into TV, radio, outdoor, online and press advertising to keep attracting 9 million¹ monthly home searches. We will also advertise your property in the North Devon Gazette, which reaches 45000 homes each week throughout North Devon.

We will undertake a full market appraisal of your property and will accompany all viewings. Whilst we are confident that we will find you a tenant, we are very much focused on finding you the right tenant.

All prospective tenants will be fully referenced and credit checked (including guarantors where appropriate). Once we are confident that the right tenant has been found and all checks have been passed, we will prepare all the relevant paperwork, i.e the tenancy agreement, the inventory/schedule of condition (including a photo inventory), and setting up of the standing order - all included in the price.

We will check the tenants into the property, collect the first month's rent and security deposit and transfer this over to your preferred account, less our fee.
